Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zenntic ("Service"), operated by Zenntic ("we", "us", "our") at zenntic.com. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zenntic is an email automation tool that connects to your Gmail or Outlook inbox via the provider's OAuth and uses AI to automatically sort, categorise, label, and draft replies to your emails.

2. Eligibility

You may use Zenntic if you:

  • are at least 18 years old
  • have a valid Gmail or Outlook account
  • have the authority to connect that account (it is your own, or you have permission)
  • are using the Service for lawful business purposes

3. Account and Access

Mailbox connection

You connect your mailbox by going through Google's or Microsoft's own OAuth flow. You can revoke access at any time: for Gmail at myaccount.google.com/permissions, for a personal Microsoft account at account.live.com/consent/Manage, and for a work or school account in the My Apps portal at myapps.microsoft.com.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for ensuring the mailbox you connect is one you are authorised to use, and for any activity that occurs through your connected account.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or the integrity of the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Zenntic is a paid subscription service, billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Pricing

Current pricing is listed at zenntic.com. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, our payment provider will retry it. If payment remains unresolved, we may suspend your account until it is settled.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zenntic to:

  • process emails containing illegal content
  • circumvent the terms of service of Gmail or Outlook
  • attempt to access other users' data
  • reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • conduct any activity that violates applicable law

6. AI-Generated Content

Zenntic uses the Google Gemini API to generate email summaries, categories, and draft replies. The subject and body of the messages Zenntic processes are sent to that API for this purpose. You acknowledge that:

  • AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. Always review a draft reply before sending it.
  • You are responsible for any emails you send, including those based on Zenntic's drafts.
  • We are not liable for actions taken on the basis of AI categorisation or draft content.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary:

  • we access your mailbox only to provide the Service
  • we do not sell your data
  • you can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]

8. Availability and Uptime

We aim to keep Zenntic running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime or interruptions, errors in AI categorisation or draft generation, delays in email processing, or changes to the Gmail API or Microsoft Graph that affect our Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on zenntic.com is owned by Zenntic. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

Your emails and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over content processed through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Zenntic's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
